We knew Jack and were familiar with his expertise and great success in our neighborhood; however, we had lived in our house for 49 years and were very inexperienced in downsizing and preparing to move.

On a very fast track, Jack guided us on what we needed to do and who could help us with both the downsizing and the necessary upgrades to maximize the market value of our home. We had not anticipated how hard letting go of our decor would be, but again Jack’s firm and professional guidance got us through and resulted in a very successful and quick sale !

"Use Jack if you want a Quarterback who'll deliver. He knows how the market is trending. He knows what buyers are looking for. He spoke to us candidly about our budget for upgrades and what he could do, then proceeded to work hard to stay within the budget and on schedule. The work crews he maintains are loyal to him and worked weekends to get things done. When one of the plumbers was sick, Jack got literally "down and dirty" - going into a crawl space to deal with a cracked cast iron septic pipe. He was communicative, taking time to explain things as we went forward with upgrades. Our family was amazed that he was able to get the house on the market so quickly, which was important with winter closing in. He really took care of everything. Not to mention, he is a kind soul underneath a soaring and happy ambition. I trusted him impeccably."

"Working with Jack was AMAZING from st Working with Jack was AMAZING from start to finish. This was my dream house and it was hard to see it go. Many other realter were telling me it was a lot less that what I expected. Jack walked trough the clutter and you could see his brain racing. He looked back and said, I can get you top dollar for this house, it will need some work, but I would expect a large return on investment. I gave him the green light, and the show began. He called his, painter, carpenter, stagers, floor guy. Most everyone showed up within the hour. He walked everyone through his grand plan and the work started . His team did amazing work, timely and for an extremely fair pricing. All in all it took about 20-30 days to get the work done and Jack was there every step of the way, Going well beyond what I would have expected from a realtor. The house sold in less than a wk for asking price. This was a record price for the neighborhood, and he made good on his promised return on investment. Through the process he went from being my realtor to being my friend and I can’t say enough good things about jack’s work ethics, honestly and integrity. Highly, highly, highly recommend."
